At Wild Ride Equine Products, we take pride in offering high-quality, Canadian made horse wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sherry.wildride@gmail.com with your order number an reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the item back at Wild Ride Equine Products.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
