Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the item back at Wild Ride Equine Products.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
